Write the SEC and have them find out who knew what BEFORE the news came out, and get a copy of their brokerage statement for short positions.

CNBC Customer Care Team Me: Around noon, Herb Greenberg indicated that the SEC is investigating Chinese reverse mergers and mentioned LLEN by name. The stock soon tanked. I called the SEC and they say there is no record of them investigating LLEN. The SEC said I should contact CNBC and ask where they are getting their information since the SEC has not divulged any such information to the public Please advise. Thank you.
