We all know this is going to $15

Run rate of $1.20 eps (.30 x 4 quarters) x minimum 12 pe. Utilities have the highest pe ratios in Taiwan and coal provides their power, some have over 60 pe ratios in Taiwan !

    • I'd settle for a 6 or 7 PE right now, which would put it in the $8 range, even without further production gains.

    • Dream on regarding that 12 PE....would be nice but given the head winds regarding coal it seems unlikely (speaking as one who really does not know what is "fair" at this point) What we do know, however is this...that 1.10 earnings that we will get this FY.....will come with production of just over a million tons......and within two years we should be double that.....and about a year or two we should be double that again! So....unless something radically changes we are headed for increasing earnings, organic growth, and growth through
"should" begin to position itself for that ride........would love to see us over $10 in two years and in the teens a year or two after that......if we do more, it would be G R A V Y!

All aboard....and unless the story changes don't fret the pullbacks.

      • true.

their earnings should grow and that will raise the price as well as investor confidence.

on taiwan, they are actually a smaller exchange in a way and the u.s. exchange in the end should have the majority of the total volume and will have the greatest effect on price. any demand and buying from taiwan will help, but the taiwan exchange just in itself, all else constant is not going to suddenly raise the p/e in the u.s. to 12 minimum. the stock price will fall into parity with the u.s. exchange with the u.s. exchange volume controlling the price the most. it does not matter if taiwan stocks have a 3000 p/e. if u.s. exchange buyers do not want to pay over a 7p/e for example than they will not buy and the selling will bring down the price to where it is willing to be bought at.
