Someone on seeking alpha did the same thing to GURE and dropped the stock to under a dollar. Turned out to be inaccurate but it has taken the stock about 3 yrs to get back to 1.70 still below the time of the fraudulent report. If this one is inaccurate the SEC need to do something about them,
Muddy Waters did the same thing to ONP. The SEC investigated ONP and came up with nothing. These shorts can put out what information they want, correct info or incorrect info. All that matters is that they time the short properly to get maximum gains. They did this to LLEN a few years back during the week of the Chinese New Year. This is their MO.
I really have to wonder where GeoInvesting is getting the money to pay for the manpower to generate that extensive article. What's in it for them? They aren't doing this "report" for our benefit.
I feel the same way now.
Also, L&L is an American Company. Meaning someone is bound to sue them if they are a fraud.
I am just going to hold on for now, there wasn't really any evidence in geoinvesting article. Only claims.
They say "according to our research." a lot as well. Seems like they are leaving themselves to later say "I guess our research was wrong".
In the end, who really knows. But I am holding at this point in time, unless some real evidence surfaces.
