How do you cover 4 million shares short and 10,000 $2 put options two days before they expire worthless?
And right before (a) LLEN will announce a dividend policy where shorts must pay the dividend, (b)a review from KPMG for 2013 financials(2011 and 2012 already cleared by KPMG) and(c) a TDR listing where average pe ratios are 22? Answer: You put out a hit piece on LLEN to drive the stock to as low as $1.11.. Total volume today was over 18 miilion shares, enough to cover your 4 million at a low price AND sell your 10,000 puts well below $2 just before they expire on Friday afternoon ! You do it at 10am EST while its only 7 am PST so LLEN cant respond until much later in day! And you do it during a Chinese holiday 19th and 20th when paper work to disprove claims cant be receive until Monday, well after Shorts took profits. So organized almost like 911. GEO and all involved are criminals.
GEO just messed with the wrong crowd this time..American citizens and highly respectable people who work hard will not allow GEO to scre with their growth plans. LLEN could use the millions that will be awarded.
One item worth noting is that the Russell rebalance brought liquidity back into the stock. It would have been hard to short without it. Geo knew this was the day to hit when you put it all together.
They knew they have a short window before all the news coming and they also know Harvey Pitt and BUYINS are monitoring their naked shorting. So what do you do? Write a lengthy hit piece and by the time LLEN can respond item by item, you are long gone!
An orchestrated attack and it looks like all puts were sold today according to volume. This is illegal front running. Many of those puts bought late yesterday and right before heavy shorting at end of day. Pure illegal activity bt GEO.. Unemon if you are part of this as I expect I would not be bragging. No one ever thinks they can do jail time until the bars close on them.
they knew this was a kitchen, not a company, since months ago .... short window ? every month there are options expiring ..... it is obvious when release is more appropriate, particularly when you have quarterly reports .... well cooked ....
