Why would a company claim $50 mil in phony revenue on their books and then pay income taxes on it if it never existed in the first place? That is over $6 mil in taxes extra and 0.15 per share for L & L. Does that make sense to you??

    • Hey new reg, if you are making a long post, don't title it something that sounds negative...

    • Hotguy,

I am VERY long...and will stay so. (yes, I must be nuts!).....One has to think the GEO's main purpose is to twist the truth so they can profit on their shorts! In regards to washing...about the only "reasonable" leg they might have to stand on would be a claim that most of the revenue was not from washing...and in fact the washing facility was shut down. LLEN would say the money is real...and while a particular facility was closed that does not mean washing for them is closed. LLEN has been clear all along that there are risks in their business and in their filings they are VERY CLEAR that changes in CHINA might affect their business......perhaps this is exactly what happened here....except LLEN used the closure to their advantage.

ALL A GUESS....I don't really have a clue exactly what happened....but it is highly unlikely they are the "fraud" GEO and bashers claim and in fact it is my opinion that those who are pushing this have broken the law.....

      Good luck,

    • hopefully they would not. geo claims that they overstated the one washing facility revenue and that very little taxes were actually paid concerning this facility.
