To be honest this company is growing rapidly, revenue and profits are way up year after year and company debt is low. the company has been under a massive coordinated short attack for years and not much they can do besides keep growing. I'd have a much bigger beef with a CEO of a shrinking company like the Blackberry phone maker's, Nokia, even Balmer of Microsoft has been more of a clown then a dynamo.
