You are all here. However, there is only ONE question:
1. Will SPPI go UP from here; or
2. Will it continue to go down. Unless, it goes down you lose from here on out.
And, even if it were to go down, can you still cover your 27 million shares (minus the few million you may have covered today given the daytraders, other buyers and sellers etc. and the fact that nasdaq double counts buys and sells in significant part.)
Of course, that is why all the "noise on the board".
P.S. The law firms are wasting their time. If SPPI found out the wholesalers cancelled orders since the CC, the lawsuits are history. Raj is vested in this company more than any other individual shareholder. He may step down as CEO but will remain as Chairman as he should.
What the noise better be worried about is Fusilev, Folotyn, Zevalin, Belinostat, Apaziquone, the drug announced today, Renazorb, etc. etc. etc. and the rest of the pipeline including additional oncology drugs to be acquired.
No dilution risks unless to acquire Topo or other companies with commensurate value. $143 MM cash. Cash flow positive. No hurry. Let it develop.
It's certainly nice to read a "voice of reason" amongst all the garbage that has been posted all day and this evening. Thought the shorts would be happy after today's ride, but then most of the unseemly and uneducated posts are coming from people who don't even own the stock. Go figure! The wolves that holler the loudest at night have little to prey upon!
Hey good for you if you want to own the stock. I don't want to own stocks here and I don't want to be holding anything in this market, when a stock like this tanks like it did in AH Tuesday I bought puts on the bounce over 8 this morning. I'm in for a day or two. I couldn't possibly care any less about their story, while you wait another year to get your money back I'll do a double in 1-2 days and I'm off. You're defending some really lousy news though so you;re obviously way too in love with your stock (bad bad habit)
