May not be probable, but ever since Keller announced his resignation, no one has given an impending buyout as a possible reason for his leaving. Now that we know that revenues are stable and with all the upcoming NDA's, I am really confused as to why Keller would leave. IMO, either he left for strictly personal reasons or something significant may be in the air. Thoughts?
If there was an impending buyout in which he would lose his job, Spectrum just gave company officers a golden parachute of 1 years salary in the last month or two. So resigning voluntarily would be leaving about $600k on the table. So I don't believe that a buyout was the reason for his departure. But who knows...nothing surprises me with this company.
