I have never entered anything on a message board before and am new to trading (July '02') If that servers as a reasonable introduction I'll let it go at that, because as I've gathered from reading this board many of you have been on here for a while and I felt some sort of intro was in order.
I listen to Bloomberg Radio a lot during the day and today, during the portion with the woman in England that addresses the Footsie (I hope you are familiar) she mentioned that Game Stop had provided in some sort of briefing as to their current sales (not sure of the time frame they addressed) indicating they were down. This is the only place that I have heard or seen this information. and wonder about the location of the news, among other things, like why it is not in print, somewhere.
Just thought I'd mention that...I'm not sure if this is some sort of manipulation or not. Due to the stellar "annalist's" recommendations not to mention the recent Q and the way that it has traded in the last month coupled with the fact that their stores are moving product wildly (accounting from "gamer" friends) I think that someone may well have an interest in accumulation at a lower price.
Like I said I'm new to this business and have been coming to terms with the sort of pressures that stocks are under, outside of the fundamentals. Any advice appreciated.
