You could tell that there was something wrong with this stock. Declining relative strength is the reason why put a new short on and held my Sept 30 puts. It didn't particiapte in the rally today either. Somebody has information we did not have access to. Somebody
I know I should be happy and I am in one sense. But on the other hand it just goes to show how rigged the game is.
All adviseforu does is hop around and make fun of people after earnings misses. He is not short any stocks at all. He is just some weird guy that likes doing that. I saw him posting on the Dell board after they missed a few weeks ago and I have seen him on a couple of others.
On another note. Some anaylist have come out with EPS projections for the combined companies in 07. They are all in the 2.35-2.55 range. That would give us a forward PE of about 14. I think everybody is just waiting to see earnings. When GME proves real earnings from the new consoles, away we go.
I agree about the range bound, that is until there is more Xbox hype.
GME is now my biggest holding, as I trimmed back some of my GOOG today.
Nice work on the KCS. I own TSO and CHK, which also did well today.
I will go check out the other board, right quick.
IKQ, is wrong about the XBox 360 being priced in, however I do agree with him that we are rangebound. The merger is what is priced in. We should close tomorrow around 33.50. Maybe some more selling at the open. 32 to 32.50 is the base. The stock WILL NOT retest 30 unless there is some kind of split.
I still made money today, my biggest holding KCS was up again. Still looking to make GME my biggest holding soon.
Also, look who graced the ELBO board with his presence.
It ain't down no more, beeyatch! Missing guidance for the quarter was already reflected in the stock price, and I bet due diligence already exposed the prospect of ELBO coming up a little short. So all, don't believe the hype of the shorts. I said, "DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!" This stock is about the future, most notably this next quarter, and not the last quarter.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I betcha Cramer is pumping right now, as I type! Beeyatch -- and I mean that affectionately.
