Is the "used Apple products" really what's behind the recent rocket launch on the stock price? Expanding to 1000 stores is good news but you would almost expect that based on the last CC with executives. I'm sure at some point relatively soon they're ramp up to 3000+ locations. For GME, I'm sure that it's not the supply/demand equation that's slowing the process down. It's probably more around ramping up their referbishment facilities and the staffing for that business.
I think management is adapting to a changing business landscape, and they are doing it so well, there are some people out there with roughly 50 million short shares who are trying to figure out how to quietly exit this stock and go find something else to short. I'm not sure what it looks like to watch 40% of the float try to cover a short position, but I'm sure looking forward to seeing it.
