    MSFT might get rid of disk drives and used games

    Varchild- Fair point, but let's say that all gaming became cloud-based and the console maker kept track of all the content you acquired on a central server that you could download to a registered device were your hard drive to crash or become corrupted. This would make discs unnecessary, no? Just trying to understand more about this because it's so important. Is it because discs allow the gamer to re-sell, too?
