I've been in this dog longer than I want to admit. The company has no growth plans, only buying back their stock. In effect, they can take the company private without difficulty. In the event of a buyout, it can't happen unless the company wants it. Management is a sick puppy and has screwed stockholders for many years. It would be nice to unload this a a decent price but haven't looked at what it might be worth.
