DuPont Compelled To Settle Monsanto Suit For $2 Billion!

Must Pay For Monsanto's Superior GM Traits Out To 2023

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno,

Investors, looks like DuPont's Management's cheating and robbing Monsanto of patent-protected GM technology is paying off big-time for Monsanto to the tune of circa $2 billion. To settle Monsanto's patent infringement suit and withdraw its groundless counter suit of "monopoly", DuPont will pay out in license fees:

    * A total of $802 million in four fixed annual payments of $200.5 million from 2014 through 2017, and

    * Another total of $950 million out to 2023.

Bottom-line, DuPont Management has been forced publicly to disclose their embarrassing lack of integrity and innovation in developing and commercialising GM seed traits. What a loser in the marketplace!

Merely the morning remarks and opinion of one individual retail investor and long-time student of the

    dissimulating, DuPlicitous DuPont...funfun..
