DuPont Gets a REPUTATION MANAGEMENT Sliver Anvil

Any Corporation Which Has To Manage Its Reputation, Has A Bad One!

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno,

Readers in the week just past, DuPont Management and their glowing PR tricksters made a big splash, patting themselves on their hindquarters for getting a couple of Silver Anvils from the Public Relations Society of America. What for, you ask?

One for "Reputation Management"...No, we are not making this up for parody. Folks, any corporation, whose slippery Management must deploy an army of PR hacks and high-paid IMAGE consultants to "manage" its reputation, doesn't have much of a reputation to begin with.

A second Sliver Anvil was bestowed for DuPont's Collaborative Global Food Security PR campaign. WHAT? Pretending to be compassionate and feed the planet out to the year 2050?

DuPont should get a third Silver Anvil for DuPlicity! DuPont Management's flawed FOOD-to-FUEL & FABRICS business model destroys food security; it doesn't enhance it. How does burning up over 1 million tonnes of wheat yearly with partner oil giant BP in Hull, England to manufacture uneconomical bio-fuel feed the planet? How does feeding factories trainloads of corn to crank out overpriced corn clothes and corn carpets nourish starving millions around the globe?

DuPont's long-suffering shareholders would be much better off if DuPont's IMAGE-driven executives would stop looking in the mirror and primping and concentrate on the business of making money.

Merely THE WEAK IN REVIEW digitally penned by one individual investor and long-time student of the
    reputationally-depleted DuPont...funfun..
