DuPont Management Stooges Falsify Imprelis Insurance Recovery PART IV

DuPont Dysfunction Redounds To the Benefit of Shareholders of DuPont's Superior-Managed Competitors, Monsanto, Syngenta, BASF, Dow Chemical, Undsoweiter!

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno,

Investors, no wonder DuPont execs and their PR flim-flam artists are feverishly working deep inside the bowels of Fortress Wilmington under siege to keep the wraps on the massive exposure to liability for Imprelis litigation settlements. We believe conservatively the ultimate total tab for settling and paying direct claims submitted to the Company, and litigation claims will total circa $3 billion, $1 billion, direct; $2 billion or more, in the courts. This tremendous drain on resources will redound to the benefit of MON, SYT, BASF, AVD, and DOW shareholders big-time:

    * DuPont's top people will continue to be distracted wrestling with fabrications and PR spin and fighting and alienating their own DuPont AG customers and consumers in a multitude of federal and state courts.

    * The huge cash flow drain means:

Fewer dollars for research and development and concomitant innovation.

Fewer dollars for hiring and retaining better talent.

Fewer dollars for marketing and customer services.

In summary as bad as this multi-$billion new product failure is for DuPont's long-suffering shareholders, it will redound to the benefit of the shareholders of DuPont's superior-managed and ethical rivals.

Merely the morning remarks and opinion of one MON, SYT, DOW, BASF, AVD shareholder and long-time
    student of the dysfunctional DuPont...funfun..
