    DuPont CFO Missing in Action?

No Public PR Pronouncements from Nicholas FeignandFakeUs for Two Months. Weak Numbers for Q3, 2013, 2H

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

Readers, we haven't seen or heard any public words, no PR bombast from Ms. Kullman's chief numbers man for over two months. We last heard from DuPont CFO Nicholas FeignandFakeUs in the Conference Call for Q2 2013 earnings back on July 23.

What's up? We do know DuPont Management announced they are renouncing Generally Accepted Accounting Practices, going with NON-GAAP to report their glorious "results" to the Company's long-suffering shareholders. Our take: DuPont's sneaky executives are frantic to downplay, if not hide, all those massive charges for Imprelis and other write-offs they pretend are not normal business events for DuPont,
    non-recurring costs.

In the meantime, Nicholas FeignandFakeUs is closeted away deep inside Fortress Wilmington with his DuPont FINANCE TEAM cranking up pretty numbers for what is likely another distinctly weak quarter for the struggling DuPont conglomerate. Oh, and how those 500 spanking new "world-class, science-based DuPont innovations" developed during the 90 days are the path to an extremely profitable future, especially in emerging markets. Never mind activist investors are storming the gates of Fortress Wilmington, threatening to break up this lumbering and long-mismanaged conglomerate to release value for shareholders.

    Stay tuned.

Merely the morning commentary of one individual investor and long-time student of the dissimulating

    DuPont...funfun..
