I came away from the CC with the impression that MCZ will never make these numbers and Darren doesn't have much faith they will either. I heard a lot of excuses and low expectation. I don't see them having the financing to get there. They need to sell the company now while they have a some superior products before the competitors catch up. If sold, not everyone will be happy with the PPS. But they have to make at least half of us happy.
I think that would be a prudent move. Making more than half happy would certainly fetch a price well north of here since we are sitting near lows of the most recent down cycle. So much uncertainty clouds everything across the economy and marketplace.....I'd be among the half that would be okay so long as we fetch a fair price in the range of what Micro suggests. That would certainly be cheap enough for a buyer looking at the price to sales in that range. Thanks.
From what I heard he is daring shareholders to run down the price. 45 million revs 5 cent per share profit yet market cap of, well looks like with afterhours trade, 30 mil market cap. The company is still profitable but evaluted as if its 1 quarter away from bankruptcy. It doesn't seem it would be a hard sell to private investers at these price levels to go private with a company that has good name brands worldwide. Just my take.
I'm darn glad of that and glad he didn't go dancing around the Q's. He gave us straight answers and seems it's going to be some time yet and they have high hopes for a future in the mobile gaming, who knows? He don't know if it will fly either, I did like the gamer guy nailing him who also said he liked the knew product a lot.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
