ride klarman's coat tales. really shows your investing prowess. klarman would be ashamed of you. probably haven't picked up a 10k in your life. probably don't even know what a 10k is. please, please.. take my insults, put your arms through 'em, now pull 'em over your head, and WEAR IT like the loser you are.
I'm not trying to get involved in some sort of battle here, but I would like to point out that coattailing is a very useful strategy for sourcing ideas. Buffett himself (when they were much younger) used to recommend coattailing to Munger. Munger himself was recently quoted as saying that watching what successful investors were doing (and trying to figure out why they were doing it) was one of three things he would recommend to anyone to improve their investing abilities. Mohnish Pabrai has built much of his investment success on what he calls "shameless cloning". Not to say that one should blindly invest in something just because Klarman owns it, but it is an excellent source of potential ideas.
