The quarterly dividend would provide some income to those who stick out the volatility. But just because the stock is being pushed down to this level, does not mean it isn;t worth much more. The amateur investor is the guy who gets nervous when stocks go down for great companies. Smart investors buy more and wait patiently for the time to come when the stock rewards those who waited.
