Jacque, good idea to look at hiring. Many of the jobs are just retail sales people, for which there is high turnover, but here is the first really interesting job opening I came across:

Good Point Jaques. I think most longs on this board understand that Deckers is one of the healthiest companies in the market and grossly undervalued. No need to really convince us/them. It is just a matter of being patient at this point and averaging down.
