News is ALWAYS leaked. When did you get your first clue that the insiders make out and the average investor gets screwed? It happens so often that the SEC can't keep up, so it only goes after the "news worthy" ones. Can we spell Facebook?

Same here. I was watching the tape and it has unusual action. As I stated in this board, MMs or whoever were selling into the strength in last 2 hours. I checked 2 hr charts, and realized that every time there are big spread bar, the price action is at downside with higher volume. Smart money was dumping into the strength. You ask why I didn't sell? Because of my hope and denial of the technical indication. Once again, hope and denial are a mother of all F$%K up. Now I am paying the price.

I expect there will be class action lawsuits filed but I doubt anything will come of it.
