I went to the mall looking for ski clothes for an upcoming trip to Switzerland. On the way back to my car, I stopped at an UGGs store to see how they were doing.
It is crazy to say the least. I live in Orlando for starters where it's not exactly cold, but people are packed into this store like sardines. Based on what I saw price-wise, I didn't see any mark downs. Didn't see a boot less than $100, but more along the lines of $150+.
I will say that a lot of the people in the Orlando area are visiting from other places, but the store was packed and the register was busy! I asked one of the store clerks how business was going this year and he said great! I asked if it was always that busy and he replied it certainly has been this year. He also said compared to last year, sales for that store were through the roof.
great post,,,,,also when you READ or HEAR that for the holiday season UGGS are the
# 1 searched for item,,,,,,HONESTLY shorts will cover quickly soon and it should take us back to the mid 40s by Jan 11, then if earnings BLOWOUT it could easily reach the 50-53 range soon after that , so if a buyout is in the cards has to be 60 plus!
Thanks for the feedbuck. Much appreciated. No warm winter this year either. DECK will be one of the biggest winners of 2013. Big money going to start coming in on monday and the rest of this first week. Off to the races.
