    Letter to Angel Martinez

Great job man. Rough two-3 years but you are righting the ship. Kudos for getting everything back on track and getting us to where we are today, strong and built to last.

My complaint rests on the buyback; why would you sit on 79M worth of cash that could have been utilized not just this quarter but even between the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2012. I fully expected the buyback to be fully utilized while we were in the 30's and 50's. I just really do not understand the logic and you didn;t rally explain why you haven't comletely used the buyback up when asked during the CC. C'mon, USE IT UP, there is more CASH just 9 months away! that if not used to aquire another company/brand, I fully exect to be somewhat utilized to buy-back more shares if the share price is somehow still stuck under 80/share or given back to us the shareholders, yourself included(owner of 1% of this company) in the form of dividend./

But do not %%%% around like Apple did. Look at how that has layed out and now it is a company that is comletely on the defensive with cash it has no idea what to do with. Show you are more in control than Tim cook.

Yes, it is nice to have cash on hand but it is also a unique oppurtunity to buy back shares of this company at such a cheap valuation for a comany that can print 300M + in cash/year.

Continue to make the right and BRAVE decisions. It will pay off. Those shorts will also have no idea what hit 'em.

    Z
