They are fishing for shares. Literally trying to smoke/wait people out.

Notice there is no volume/selling to the downside. Just small volume, preying on people's patience. Do not be fooled. This is the cheapest stock. 300M in cash on its way in less than 230 days.

    • Hey Z, I think you need a Zantac, where can I send you a few? Just kidding. You can take it a little easy on the countdown clock though. I think management is going to be using up that money each year for a while to open new stores. That seems to be the most profitable way to get into strategic areas. As long as they don't overdue it it will be fine. A dividend towards the end of this year would be the best move imo. In any case time will tell.

      • Well we know that if management pulls an Apple and just lets cash build, that isn't going to be beneficial towards anybody. IT is in managements best interest for the stock to give returns whether it is by buying back stock or by giving out dividends as the CEO and CFO(zohar Ziv) both own more than 1.5% of this company combined and they have not sold a single share for over 18 months.

Besides the obvious facts I know, management clearly believes we are being ridiculously undervalued and know that in time we will be getting tremendous stock appreciation due to the cash and earnings growth over the next 36 months. I see us at 150 by the end of 2014 easy if not higher. One just needs to wait.
