This stock is hot. FDIC can not and will not absorb this bank. They have other fish to catch. And they also see some improvement form the last three months. Folks we are looking at a bank that about fell off the ledge but came back up in a single breath. The Florida Condos are not their only assets, that have other things, as well.

August at .50 +/- .15 by September we should see it at a 1 dollar mark. Thanks for holding on.
