We've looked at various ways of valuing the stock so here's one more view. Recently, a mortgage-holding finance company went public with pricing at 10% below NBV. An article about the issue said it was a good price since other companies trade at/near NBV. Also, if you look at similar CEFs you'll see most trade at a premium to NBV. Based on this, BBX (and BFCF) could move significantly higher. Remember, BBX's NBV is ~$16/shr.
