The fact that Robert Rosen has now joined the management team as a Senior VP for Commercial Applications is very significant. He's already on the Board of Directors and is now an active member of the company's management. When he was with Bayer Pharmaceuticals he was responible for a cancer drug doing 1 BILLION in sales. Read the PR for more details on his exceptional background and accomplishments. Can't get much more impressive than that. The other members of the management team are equally impressive.
Of course with the FDA nothing is a sure shot, but quality folks like Rosen et al. wouldn't be joining a company like APPA if they weren't very confident about the drug's approval;.and most of the management team have joined the company relatively recently.
not a serious problem Bayer is being sued in a class action suit for referring to women as the weaker sex and being prone to mood swings in the work place. AP new this when they appointed him. This suit in no way affects AP.
