    Location Location Location

i was reading the conversation between the 2 of you and i agree eventually the market will come back. but after reading the 10Q it seems that they have some very tough covenents on the $125 million loan from Key Bank. (like they have to sell houses right away) can they?

    • SFbiz,

Are you in the SFrancisco Bay Area? I have family near HB and have visited the models. Be glad to share some info.

Do you recall the specifics of what concerns you in the covenants, or could you refer to what page they are on?

      Thanks in advance.

    • with these types of locations, me thinks so:

Coming Soon...A Brand-New Master Plan in Oxnard

With its sunny beaches and scenic harbor, Oxnard is rapidly becoming the new address of choice along California's Gold Coast, and homebuyers will have an exciting new choice when Hearthside Homes introduces the master-planned community of SouthShore in South Oxnard. Additional details are anticipated be announced in 2008 and an interest list will be established at that time. Please check back for further information on SouthShore as it becomes available.

      • Ah, location tis a wonderful thing...
especially the "south shore of Oxnard" where <CALC> will build it's new project -- JUST WALKING DISTANCE TO ONE OF WORLD'S LARGEST CENTERS FOR HISPANIC GANGS & MEXICAN MAFIA.

Oh, and if you're not happy with that your house is bordered on two sides by gangs, you can settle for that the other side is a Marine Corp Base (the Seabees). Well, sigh, maybe you can escape by sea when you're under attack. I wish your pretty wife and children good luck.

I guess living on the East Coast is like ignorance being bliss but my brother-in-law is an Oxnard cop. You'll need your finger on "911" to commute in and out this new housing development.
