MADE IN country clearly stated on GT tires
I bought Efficientgrip in Finland and it was clearly written in BLOCK LETTERS on the side of the tire that it was MADE IN FRANCE. Almost everything else nowadays comes from Asia, so I find that SHOUTING of the nearer country A VERY NICE TOUCH. They had to order them, Continental from Germany which would have cost 40€ more was available immediately. So I guess people don't care and buy them, Continental PremiumContact2 is very quiet but wears out very quickly and is a water skid hazard in low speeds which is annoying.
