Titan tire to buy the Goodyear plant in Gadsden, AL when it is closed this contract, going to use it as a warehouse to store tires produced from their plant in Union City, Tn. starting July 2013
It will be interesting to see if a replacement for the production supt. at Gasden is named!
OMG!!! This is toooo funny on this MB lolololol
Folks The Plant manager at GT Gadsdsen will be retiring at the end of the month Dec.31st after 41 years of service(Jim Davis) his replacement has already been named (Mark McLenithan who came from the Nestle Company ) the reason John Romero going to Buffalo because the mertics in Buffalo are met more for J.R. than Mark McLenithan.
And as for John Romero's replacement no one at this time has been named but they conducting interviews as we talk . Mark has been on the floor learning the rubber process so I'm sure he will have a part in the replacement (P.S.) process, so it could be a couple months before someone is named.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
You guys ran Romero out of the south? Word to the wise in Buffalo NY-keep an eye on your women and daughters.
So many liars on here with no facts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gadsden plant laid off 60 ppl Daily ticket cut to 19,000 tires a day for the 4th quarter, ticket to 20,000 next year (1st q) bring in three R1 tire machines by end of nov.
