Your estimate appears to be wildly optimistic. S&P's report published on Sept 25 (before latest qtr earnings) has a 12-month price target of $19, based on 2013 eps of $2.73 and a multiple of 6.4x earnings. What is your estimate based on? Eps of $3.00 and a multiple of 10x? Well, that seems much much too optimistic to me. Perhaps you have a 2014 EPS estimate from somewhere? If you do, could you share that with us?
