Apparently, this is the person behind Glaucus-Research:
Although Wiechart is described above as playing "an integral role for a prominent investment bank" this link describes him only as a salesman for Roth Capital Partners in Newport Beach, CA:
Interestingly, another Matthew Wiechart also surfaced in the Newport Beach, CA area as the owner of this company, icashdirect:
If you look in the lower left hand corner of this page, you can see that icashdirect is the owner of this company, myquickcashonline.com:
myquickcash is a payday loan company that is also located in Newport Beach and has had report after report of ripoff activity filed because customers were charged $25 each for unwanted and unrequested identity theft protection:
So the main force behind Glaucus is a small-time scam artist who also worked as a sales guy for an investment banking firm. He needs to go to jail.
This guy willing to put his name upfront tells me he is just a puppy. The real guys behind won't show their true identities.
So many hyenas here after a kill. LOL! These bottom feeders think they are going to have a feast.
Yes, this appears to be a pretty massively coordinated attack. A big no-no. DEER has already set the stage with a lawsuit. I would not be surprised one bit if another were filed by GFRE.
[She just thanked me for the info on Wiechert.]
We have public admittance of insider activity:
"...what I did tell him was that I had heard a few rumors regarding an impending "hit piece" on the stock..."
Great research! Maybe he is behind on his yacht payments and the icash business isn't scamming as many people as it once was. He probably made a ton on his short attack. He may already be sailing to the Caymans.
What he did was illegal. He needs to be sued along with anyone else he worked with to pull this thing off. I've got a locked loss that would make great quantifying evidence if any attoreys out there want to take this on. This guy was a wanna-be. He needs to pay.
Let me guess, you have a poster of Johnny Cochran on your wall too right? "If it don't fit, you must acquit!" Publishing something doesn't make it truthful (but I don't think "truthful" is of concern to you).
