NEW YORK (CBS. MW) -- SS&C Technologies (SSNC) was rising $1. 52, or 9. 9 percent, to $16. 87 amid an upgrade from J. P. Morgan ahead of its second-quarter report to be released after the closing bell. Analyst Adam Holt raised his rating on shares of the financial software company to "overweight" from "neutral," saying he believes his fiscal 2004 forecasts for earnings of 75 cents and revenue of $91 million are conservative.
