Just got off the phone with the CFO (Craig Carlson) ........
in attempting to verify the story from "Dealreporter" story about the company having hired Goldman Sachs to sell the company between $300 to $400 million. He wouldn't tell me if they hired GS, but he did say they've started the process with regard to possible alternatives. I made the guy mad, but got the information I was looking for, so obviously IMO the company's for sale.
