My daddy-in-law inherited a few shares of Grenada Bank stock some 75 years ago. My wife inherited the stock. The bank changed its name to Sunburst. It then merged with Union Planters and then UP merged with Regions. That few shares has split and resplit, doubled, redoubled and this and that. The dividends were great until bank stock slouched and reslouched. But the future looks good for Regions. You young whippersnappers buy some Regions and sit on it for several years. It should do you well. It's too late for me, I'm 80.
