        At the end of the first week their telephone support said they'd finally gotten notified that it was not working. That was 2+ weeks ago.

    • Yeah. Too bad there's no phone number to call or physical location to go to for help. It's a much better idea to go online and complain about a temporary lack of convenience.

        how can you have any credibility when you make silly excuses and blame the victim for such an obvious problem?

        3 weeks is FAR TOO LONG to be considered "temporary".

        checking usage online is considered normal.

        calling or going to store to check usage is extremely user unfriendly,
        time-consuming, and goes against the promise

        WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THAT T-MOBILE CAN'T FIX THIS ROUTINE PROBLEM?!
