Absolutely wrong. USU will NOT be delisted. A reverse split will be imposed to maintain minimum price standards. When is shareholders annual meeting? I am sure proxy will be going out soon with request for shareholders to vote for a, let's say, 20:1 reverse split. USU will be $6 in no time! Wait, I mean around $5 with the additional pressure caused by shorts the love to push down stocks before and after a reverse split.

On May 8, 2012, USEC Inc. (“USEC”) received notice from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that the average closing price of its common stock was below the NYSE’s continued listing criteria relating to minimum share price. Rule 802.01C of the NYSE’s Listed Company Manual requires that a company’s common stock trade at a minimum average closing price of $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
