There's an easy way to figure that out. Keep an eye on volume of shares traded. When trading volume dries up the price will have reached an equilibrium level where buyers and sellers both feel USU is fairly valued.
Judging by the flattening of the chart, it looks like we may be close. It doesn't feel like it with daily 15% swings, but the stock price is reaching an equilibrium which is, BTW, far higher than I would have guessed!
