Lot of money has been spent on fencing and barn but who in the hell spends that kind of money without zoning approval from town council......They cant issue the zoning as it sets a precedent and agricultural zoning is taxed at a lower rate then industrial zoning.........how could contracters get permits from Lakeshore with out zoning approval?
The town board see's that it is going up and it's a big facility so they want bigger kick backs.
The board wants to be bribed with shares or cash so they have the Windsor star post a negative article.
Do you really believe the town only noticed it now after all the construction. What did the town expect the building to be when we're talking about MM which has to be grown indoor?
I just read the article. The co. must have received assurance from the town that they would meet the zoning requirements, or they wouldn't have started construction. If the co. did not receive assurance of approval, then that is a stupid, arrogant move on the part of Cen Biotech to start construction. I can't effing believe this!
