SEC is looking for stock manipulation. Question is who or how many companies are involved. There have been a lot of false claims such as FITX claims of doing 5 billion a year which was revised down. Their facility is no where near being world's largest which they boast. TWEED is bigger. Production estimates of MJ are also exaggerated.
I'm here to get feedback. Whole sector is under fire. You guys bring out a lot of good info. I'm trying to give a different vantage point. When I was for FITX, I got a lot of interesting viewpoints. Key is to stay ahead of the game before news breaks either direction.
Right, hire a guy who still works with SEC, IRS , & FBI. And of course he is going to work for a company who has all kinds of issues ???
Yea , he wants his name & rep thrown in the mud .
Not to worry. The chairman of the board is involved with all of these regulatory agencies if any of your fears come up . Or do you think he took this position to cover up fraud for fitx?
Now all we need to post to address the tired old basher material is: Chairman of the Board. This should work like a muzzle for the bashers.
You can do whatever you like with your stock. It won't effect me either way. Just saying don't be blind to possibility of investigation. Investigations tend to start with witnesses, but PHOT may also be guilty. They may try and save their own skin. Who knows, maybe you're right and FITX turned them in to get out of deal. I would pause til 4/25 to see what happens.
Don't be blind. Look at PR by FITX. Some of it is good. Some of it is exaggerated. Maybe nothing happens. Truth is both share prices have been effected by each other. SEC isn't looking at shares sold or distributed. This is coming from CEO. He said investigation is going in a different direction. Where, I have no idea. FITX isn't home free yet.
