Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO) met fiscal fourth-quarter expectations, but warned about 2006 earnings. At the beginning of September, the company reported profits of 13 cents per share. COCO, however, guided for fiscal 2006 earnings of 60-66 cents per share versus the then consensus estimate for 73 cents per share. As a result, eight of the 10 covering analysts cut their forecasts. The new consensus estimate calls for fiscal 2006 earnings of 58 cents per share.
