    Since when has Fannie or Freddie given away funds?(pell grants)...At least there are some type of credit guidelines associated with fannie/freddie. Do your research please.....Wait till you see the default rates for 2010....keep buying lunatic!!!!

    • True. FNMA and Freddie both have strict lender guidelines including ability to repay (income), willingness to repay (credit score) and security (equity). Apparently we don't need any of those standards in FPE. If you can sign your name you get a loan from us (the taxpayers), and when you default, it is our fault for loaning you the money.
