Garbage in, garbage out. All the inputs are flawed. Any dying company like EK or Enron will look most undervalued by the same criteria just before death.
Do you really think the $350M COCO has listed on balance sheet in intanbible assets is worth even $100M? The entrie company is worth $200M.
And do you think earnings will grow? How? Student enrollment is falling, lawsuits are increasing to curtail operations in certain states including CA, and the Feds want to cut funding to students. There has been and will continue to be no growth in earnings (currently at zero) so what value can you give a company with zero earnings, zero growth, and virtually zero net equity once you factor out worthless intangible assets?
