    someone buys the company and keeps it as a subsidiary to ring fence the potential legal risk and gets rid of COCO's administration and management and replaces them with their own and charges a management fee, They can also start replacing COCO's own educational programs with their own. Best case.

    • The only problem with that is that HOPE is not a valid strategy. Expect losses in life. If you knew how to truly value an asset, then you would wait for the time when you KNEW that you were paying less than the asset was worth. When you do that, you KNOW that you are getting a discount, and your money is made on the day you buy. It is just a question of how much you make, and how fast it happens.

      Your system is for losers. You buy and HOPE. True investors buy and WAIT. You need something to happen that is not likely to happen. Good investors just need to wake up. You lose.
