Selling pressure and options are bringing KMP down.
Warren Buffett loved KO for 30 years with it's 2% divy and it made him rich. I'm going to love KMP with it's 5.5% as long as I can, just wish I would be around in 30 years
Only need to be around for about 15 years based on last 15 years of data. This stock only moves up....and dividends only increase.

If you check/compare the Yahoo Historical Prices you will see that KMP always dips after the x-date; then, dips further in the spring & summer, when the need for gas subsides. Comparing past with present, can sometime enlighten the future, depending on what’s going on with in the company. When approaching another earning cycle; and, the winter months, KMP always starts moving up. No need for all the worry.
Sounds good to me, Soosandso.
ex dividend selling ... very normal. If you look back on the chart, you'll see selloff's every quarter at this time. My guess is it should have support here in the 80's. The yeild going forward is 5.85% @ $85. The El Paso acquisition boost to payouts will take effect later in the year. With the Fed saying that they will keep rates at zero for the next two years, I don't think KMP has anything to worry about.
-$1.16 was for XDiv.
taking out on KMP A
lot of people sell a
stock before they take
out the Div. I don't
know why. S & P has a
strong buy rating on
KMP 5 * out 5 Price

$99.00
Hell of a thumping today. But its had a great run, so profit taking would not be a big surprise.
