Look at a couple of year's charts

A big part of this is seasonal. MLP's have a low period every year. Not to be complacent because there are real worries this year. But do some research before you let yourself be scared out of your investments at a low price.

As I recall, I made money the last time I bought KMP around $77. (I sold in the upper $80's, if I remember right.) Stocks go up and down. If you buy a little when it's down and sell a little when it's up, you improve your basis and your profits.

OMG, someone that believes in buying when prices go down, not complaining about hedgies, shorties, Wall Street criminals; and sell when its up? Buy low, sell high works well for me.

I've got plenty of cash on hand to buy some KMR around 7% yield, but I may buy some KMP lower for a trade, to pay for an iPhone 5.

KMP/KMR/KMI all in my buy range now. 1-year expected returns all well above 10%. KMR and KMI better expected returns than KMP.
