At 4:04pm KMP announced a secondary sale of 4,000,000 shares with an option to sell an additional 600,000 shares. Price of secondary sale is not yet announced. Keep in mind that sale proceeds will be used to build out their infrastructure or for other purposes that should over time increase KMP income.
