The only thing that can go wrong at this point is that the Santa Fe stockholders vote this merger down. This is not likely, in my opinion, because the major holders stand to make a considerable amount just on the merger alone. From the Kinder-Morgan side, I can tell you from an inside viewpoint that the KM management is very optomistic. Mr. Kinder and Mr. Morgan are the controlling stockholders for KM. Hard to vote that down. Remodeling of the Houston offices has already begun to accomodate the SF people who will be moving in.
