I think its officially 75% of the first 6% which works out to be 4%. It all comes into the L-3 Stock fund which follows the stock price at 1/2. I am happy with the MSP because they just revamped the funds available and they are all pretty good. The ESPP is good also because you are getting 15% on your contribution for a 6 month period. I have been doing it for about 2 years and have never got less than 25%.
It's min. of 25% up to 100% of the first 6%. Each division can be different as to how much you get over the 25%. It depends on how much profit above what you told corporate that you would do for the year.
IE. If your division told corporate you would do $20 mil profit for the year and ended up doing $25 mil, the $5 mil above would be use for the other 75%.
That is my understanding, every division does not get the same, the divisons that make their numbers are rewarded verus the the ones that under perform, which is the way it should be.
